This year, Electronic Arts have announced that its upcoming soccer simulation game FIFA 23 will work with an unusual partner: The Marvel Company.
This crossover will try to bring back old soccer players as Hero characters that can then be used in FIFA 23's FIFA Ultimate Team mode.
Other tifos, kits, balls, and other items related to the fan-favorite heroes who will be immortalized as Marvel-inspired Heroes will also be made as part of the collaboration.
Fans will also be able to get a Marvel Heroes comic book online, along with bios written by Marvel. A limited number of physical copies will be available at a later date.
Not only is it great to see Landon Donovan, Park Ji-Sung, and Claudio Marchisio back in FIFA 23, but it's also cool to see them as Heroes, especially since the World Cup is going on at the same time.
The game will be available on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. As usual, people who buy the Ultimate Edition of the game will be able to play it early on September 27th.
