Finally, Tundra Esports, one of the esports giants, decided to enter fast-growing Web3 gaming in partnership with the pioneer Web3 company Ethlas.

The deal is one of the first big steps Tundra Esports has made in Web3 and focuses on a fresh trading platform by Ethlas called Gambit Finance.

Another source of this partnership is a big yearly event of eSports known as The International that gathers the best Dota 2 teams.

Tundra Esports Partners with Ethlas for Web3 Push

Tundra Esports has caused a storm with its partnerships every time it comes close to The International. Last year it collaborated with whiskey brand Ballantine’s and monitor brand ViewSonic alone.

This time it is Ethlas and the partnership was focused solely on Web3 gaming. Ethlas’ Gambit Finance is set to reward gamers in cash based on game performances while offering actual rewards through real money.

Maxim Demin, owner of Tundra Esports and a co-managing director, had this to say about the partnership: ”We are extremely happy to seal this deal with Ethlas”.

Tundra constantly looks for new ideas to take our audience engagements to another level and this deal should do just that.

It is therefore a big achievement for both Tundra Esports and Ethlas as a result of this deal. For the former, it will be their first experience of stepping into Web3space, while for the latter, it will be one giant leap toward becoming officially recognized as part of the esports community.

One of the 16 teams in this year’s competition scheduled for September in Copenhagen, Tundra Esports is among the winners of this year’s The International.

The cooperation with Ethlas was expected at the perfect time, that is because the esports industry remains an unsteady space that has been constantly evolving and where more and more teams and organizations are ready to experiment with something new from Web3 technologies.

Valve has gone to great lengths to guarantee that there will be no advertisements interrupting gaming during this event and fans will get only a pure gaming experience.

While such partnerships like Tundra Esports and Ethlas, such industries are now seeking ways how they can create value in the eSports platform for both gamers and spectators.

This is a new model of how traditional Esports organizations can engage as the world of esports continues to transform with advancing technologies as demonstrated by this cooperation between Tundra Esports and Ethlas.

Tundra Esports is going into Web3 gaming, a very exciting area that will allow this team to expand its operations.

However, Ethlas enters the esports sector to prove that Web3 may be the defining element with which players and fans would engage with games and their favorite titles.
