As the holiday season come to a close, The League of Legends video game maker and esports tournament organizer, i.e., Riot Games, is back in the studio, up and running straight into work mode with the first patch of season 13 of League of Legends.
In November last year, the video gamer maker, after the pre-season reveal, mentioned that the Jax & Rell would be getting the mid-scope update.
As for the All Mid All Round changes, which are lined up for this patch, the Lead Modes Designer Daniel Maxw3ll on Twitter said to submit the following ARAM changes to this patch. We Kept it safer buff/nerfs in order to give teams the time to test updates to the system properly
Moving on, In patch 13.1, there are a total of 12 Champions that are getting balance changes and seven items that are getting buffed, nerfed, or system adjusted.
That being said, Riot Games is trying to balance out the outliners when it comes to the champions and seems eager to buff the underpowered items and adjust the tank items.
The Game Designer Ezra Phlox on Twitter said for the champions; we are mostly looking at the Solo Queue for the outliners as we head towards the Season start. We are also buffing underpowered items and adjusting Jak’Sho, making it less valuable on fighters.
Phlox added that the developers were looking into making changes to sustain stats in the fighter system, and these changes will be coming into the next few patches. Furthermore, more details will be coming later as it is not fully hashed out yet.
It looks like Riot Games is nerfing Yumi. In a tweet, Phlox mentioned that the larger Yummi changes are still in the works, and we are nerfing her in this patch since she remains highly banned.
In addition to this, the designer of the league of legends game also posted a preview of patch 13.1, and we should be getting the actual numbers and changes to the champions & other items in the upcoming days as patch 13.1 goes into Public Beta Environment.
