Warhammer 40000: Boltgun Expansion Announced
Warhammer 40,000 has been a beloved product since gamers were young, and Boltgun is a shining example of this.
Taking cues from the quick-and-dirty gameplay of traditional shooters such as Doom or Quake, Boltgun brings the visceral nature of the 40K universe to a bloody, high-speed thrill ride.
Forges of Corruption seeks to take Boltgun to another level of experience. Once more it will be players taking the role of a courageous Space Marine and this time entering the interior of a Manufactorum.
Across the sprawling industrial complex, the players will encounter the insidious nature of Chaos heretics, fighting horrifying daemons and Black Legion Space Marines traitors.
To assist in this treacherous endeavor, Forges of Corruption presents a plethora of new and merciless weapons and foes. From the Havocs to the Helbrute daemon engines, players will match wits and weapons against a fearsome enemy force.
In response, they will use mighty weapons like the Multi-Melta for rank-and-file elimination at close ranges, and the apocalyptic Missile Launcher, which will ensure that no amount of darkness will stand against their advance.
As if that wasn’t enough, all Boltgun players will be provided with a free update in addition to the Forges of Corruption supplement. This new feature is packed with a new type of game mode called Horde Mode, where players fight off wave after wave of enemies.
Whether it is your first time in the 41st millennium or if you have been playing for years seeking good old shooter fun, Forges of Corruption will give you a taste of what it means to be a space marine that you cannot afford to miss. Clear your schedule for the 18th of June: Prepare to cleanse this land of the unworthy in this legendary expansion.
