The other IDs for this error are ID=146 and ID=148. You might also see this error if the Roblox server is down.

ID=17: Connection attempt Failure Error happens when a user attempts to rejoin the same server before ROBLOX disconnects completely from the previous site.

Reset Google Chrome

  • Enter UDP 49152-65535 port range.
  • Finally, select UDP as protocol.
